How to make a reflowable PDF from a Word 2000 document. Just to give you an idea of what goes one.
This is not new. PDF has been reflowable for years. See our wiki. Early reflowable PDF's were made for PocketPC and Palm devices. The results were not always perfect but were usually readable. A PDF supports tags that can be used to make the text formatting smarter so that it can be reflowed. The biggest problem is with someone editing the PDF file directly which can destroy the reflow.
