Yes, I'm an amateur watercolor painter when I have a chance, and I have several years worth of Watercolor Artist magazine in the only format that's available for them -- PDF. It's also the only format makes sense for them, since they are very heavily dependent on full color illustration. They look great on my 10 inch Android tablet.

PDF isn't really a good choice (IMHO) for extended reading. In fact, magazines like Asimov's and Analog are using far fewer interior illustrations these days. And EPUB takes up less room in my library, too.
