Called the excuse was they Havent updated the site. Prime has not been included since Early 2015. I told the CS person here in the United States that's False Adv. Since Amazon is US based they should Honor or take the ad down. Needles to say CS person was Not located in the US so had no clue. But Very Surprised I even got a New phone.
Said Fire Phone Discontinued

Wish they Unlock the 64 gig Fire phones

& lower their price.
