'Rating' in FanFicFare means K, T+, M, MA, FR18, etc, etc depending on site. The name mis-match with calibre occurred because FanFicFare existed (and still exists) outside calibre before the calibre plugin version.

I believe FFF collects 'star' for one site (actually labeled 'Frogs' on the title page), but I don't think there currently are numeric ratings for any others.

I don't read literotica, so I'm not familiar with it's organization. Can you provide a concrete example with story URL(s) of what you're talking about?
