Dear Mr Bezos,

I wrote to you on 6th November and 20th December last year with a question, and both times I received a reply from your Amazon Executive Customer Relations person, Heather Lyons, saying that she would look into my question and get back to me. I have had emails from Heather Lyons on this matter on the 11th and 19th November and 22nd December, all saying that enquiries are progressing, and that she would get back to me. I have heard nothing since.

I’ve attached my original query at the end of this email (with the link to the Guardian article fixed). I would very much appreciate an answer to my question.
