Just a little warning, but I'm not sure that is still true.
You could find here some very old posts (maybe older than two years), about the vendors and the prices. Some vendors doesn't sell the same thing even if the name was the same or near. There was some differences between the models for the hardware or/and the software. You can observe this situation in the Russian market.
It's probably because Onyx makes some special devices when someone ask for 1 000 pieces or more.
You are right, it could be more simple to stay in the European market when there is a problem and take care how to use the warranty. Your experience with your GPS is bad
