Well, Eink does not support "individuals" and as such refused
to provide datasheets, reference designs but interestingly their email suggested a development kit using Epson controller for 13.3" screens exist.
Thats news since I.mx7 Freescale CPU SoC is the only new publicly available product with EPD support. Either a new EPSON EPD chip has been produced in secret(which should be shameful if true) or the dev kit is old...years old stuff from when EPSON left the epaper market 2012/2013.

Having said all that I managed to obtain datasheets(not from eink itself)
ES133TT2 13.3" 2200x1650
ES133TE1 13.3" TBD
Panel price is 650EUR ...or so I was told to begin formal negotiations.

To drive the panel obviously (Linux, Android ...etc) the datasheet is helpful
in conjunction with i.mx7 duo Freescale documentation for making the software driver.
Another approach is to check the Boox Max when it comes out - software and hardware can provide useful clues for DIY Project purposes.

I would be interested to hear how to drive these epaper displays in DIY project too.
First time I hear of oedtech and O-Paper. What I found most striking is their O-Paper claims 16 grayscale colours with 250ms response/screen update time. Thats close to x2 faster than the newest Eink 13.3" panel at 450ms(likely used by Boox Max).
Expectations follow that a faster O-Paper would offer a better much more responsive dynamic content experience - pan/pinch/zoom ,draw, note

Glad to share datasheets , feel free to PM me.
