Slight update: Downloaded more books today and had the same problem with two of them. My books are saved in dropbox, and I noticed something this time that I had ignored with that first book...the books' folders have "(Case Conflict)" after the titles. So it looks like theducks is right about the case difference. My best guess is that this happens when I edit metadata, since as far as I know there's no other time where I could make any change to the file name. Any idea I'd have to do to stop this from happening?
