It's -25C and will go down to -35C. With the wind it's brutal. 10 minutes without gloves and there go your hands.
My heart goes to the homeless sleeping outside. We have free shelters but a lot of irreductibles evade them. The cops are on the lookout for them. Just hope they survive...
