I have a book in PDF format. It is 397 pages and looks perfectly normal. Spaces after each paragraph, etc.

When I convert I put the font size to 7 and word spacing 1...pages come out to 401 (close), but no line breaks after each paragraph (even though I tried to check the block that said line breaks after each paragraph).
