Thanks for all of the additional comments. The "memory" feature of the Voyage backlight is pretty cool!

I think one reason that I am attracted to the buttons is I have them on my K3 and have been happy with it. I'm pleased overall with the K3 and if it were not for the backlight on the newer models, and the prospect of dealing with a battery replacement in my K3 in the not too distant future, I would probably just stick with the K3.

I read a dozen or so pages on my wife's P3 yesterday and I think that I can adapt to the touch screen page turn. One thing I don't like about hers is the backlight is not even -- it is brightest in the bottom left corner, and there is kind of a dark band across the very bottom of the screen. She says it does not bother her.

The suggestion of an audition/comparison is a good one. So far I have been unable to find a Voyage locally but I think that I should have a hands on before making the final call.
