So after upgrading my K4NT, I've got to adopt a different approach for the PW1, it seems. (My brain starts to hurt.)
- start with 5.3.5, in airplane mode
- install latest snapshot of JB (1.14.N-r12841)
- install matching usbnet (0.21.N-r12963) - this will enable latest mkk
- upgrade firmware to 5.6.1.1
(up to here everything like it always went...)
- install KUAL, with extensions (helper, bbb, backdoorlock, mrinstaller)
- now drop python, ssaver, ... into mrpackages and install vial KUAL
- done - ?!? (looks easier this time, actually - did I overlook something essential?)
Got to read up on CollectionsManager, and KOReader (not sure whether those are currently installed though).
Time to get it done, and to enjoy a good book afterwards!
