You really didn't need to edit it, folks can sort of figure out from the context, and it's not like it actually matters.

Sorry about the migraine. My wife got them for many years, and I well know what you're going through. She was, ultimately, able to control them with some of the newer drug options. But it took patience, research, experimentation, and a good working relationship with her primary care physician. She tried, variously: cafergot, sumatriptan (Imitrex), rizatriptan (Maxalt), and D.H.E. 45. All helped to one degree or another. The Imitrex was magic at first, but then started to lead to rebound migraines. Maxalt was equally magic at killing the migraine FAST, and better at not causing the rebounds, but expensive, and DHE plus ginger capsules was probably the most cost-effective solution. But every person is different, and what works for some will not for others. So work with your doctor. And if your doctor offers only Tylenol, find a different doctor!
