Let me quote the articulate (and erudite) Harry T, from a post that he made earlier today about another Delphi Classics book. It applies to this book, also:
To save anyone pointing out the blinding obvious, yes, these books are all in the public domain, yes, they can be downloaded for free elsewhere, etc etc etc. Delphi Classics do nicely formatted editions, though, which (IMHO) are good value for money.
This is the "Parts Edition" of this anthology, which means that the files for all of the various works in the book are separate.
Go here to get this ebook.

Hmmm . . . very suspicious. When I went back to the email message to read it again, the part of it talking about the Allen anthology was gone! I didn't even know that that could be done, after a person has downloaded an email message. I know, you may not believe it. I can't believe it, either.
Anyway, I went to Delphi Classic's webpage for the ebook. Here is what Delphi
is offering free--a copy of Allen's novel
East Lynne. It is
one part of the anthology. Here is
the link. Scroll down about one-fourth of the way down and you'll see instructions as to how to download the Kindle mobi of it and the ePub of it.
My apologies for any failure that there might be on my part about the mix-up.
UPDATE: Okay, I'm thoroughly confused. I went to the email from Delphi Classics that I get at a secondary email address. The information wasn't there. So, I don't know where I saw it, then. I'll let you know when I find it, so you won't think that I've lost my mind. ha
The apology stands.
