I everybody,
It makes a while now that I use Koreader on my Kobo Glo, and I'm rather happy with it.
Although, I have a few questions and remarks about it, but I'm not sure it's there I must ask... so, in doubt I begin here by the way. Don't hesitate to redirect me to the proper place/site/forum/bug tracker !!
- about autostart : is it possible to make KBStartMenu auto start KOReader ?
- about dictionaries : sometimes, when the device is waked up in Koreader after a suspend, no more dictionaries are available : I must quit Koreader and start it again from KSM ; is there something to do about that problem ?
- about backlight : backlight is disabled when exiting KOReader, so all of a sudden I'm in the dark, and on KSM, and no more backlight and I don't have a clue where to tap on my device not to mess it all (it happen with the dictionary issue...)
- about USB mode : is there a way to enable USB mode from Koreader to add/remove files without going back to KSM, and more important, with some kind of plug'n'play workflow, a bit like in Nickel : plug cable, show popup, click connect, copy files, umount, unplug ?
- about battery duration : I've tried the original suspend script as well as CoolReader's, for now, I didn't noticed any big difference... it's a hard subject, because the measures we can make depend on the usage of the reader device (with/out backlight, reading duration, etc)
