Hmm, Croker's right that Paypal Uk / Europe does not appear to off the One time credit card feature yet.

What they do offer is their own Credit Card (Mastercard) which you can apply for, or their Paypal Top Up card, which is apparently a VISA debit card similar to what we were talking about earlier in the thread.
