I don't recall ever hearing about the "Virgin Diet" until I ran across this cookbook. I must be living under a rock somewhere, because there is a plethora of Virgin Diet cookbooks sold on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_no...virgin+diet%22).

This particular cookbook does not appear to be sold, at Amazon at least. It is apparently only given away. But the editor, J.J. Virgin, has a large number of Virgin Diet cookbooks of her own at Amazon and they all look to be either highly rated or very highly rated. I'm sure that this one is a good one, too. Frankly, the recipes look like they will make delicious dishes.

There are supposed to be 100 recipes total in this cookbook. All of the recipes have been submitted by "real people" from all over the United States and maybe beyond. Although they have been created for the Virgin Diet, most of the ones that I looked at look like they would be great for nearly anyone.
