No, it's not an adult. It
should be, but adulthood is an outgrowth of maturity, and some folks never attain it despite chronological age.
There are too many folks these days with colossal senses of entitlement resulting from parents at pains to gratify their every whim who have internalized the notion that they can have whatever it is whenever they want it simply
because they want it, and who are totally lost at sea when they leave home and discover the world is not so accommodating.
