I put 2 down, though I haven't really bought that number a month yet. Its more what I expect I will start buying in the near future; at the moment I am working through public domain books, Baen Free books and Creative Commons books that I have wanted to read. I will almost certainly continue to read the free books afterwards, but after I work through the ones on my really want to read list, I will probably alternate a purchased book with one or two free books.
