Absolutely not.

The Kindle 4 is a legacy model. Only the PW1 and later are getting firmware updates (and the fate of the PW1 is uncertain).



Sometimes older models will get a minor update with critical security fixes, but definitely not new features.
The new homescreen look is a feature, not a security patch.
