Increases had to happen. Who do you think have to pay for the $15/hr demands? Gotta to come somewhere & then there is pay differentials that has to go up. 4 or 5 yrs ago, I saw an ad posted for a manager of Jack-in-the-box which had the salary at $34,000; at $15/hr that is around $31,000. Being the manager isn't worth the difference.

Then the deal with USPS. Does the postal worker get 1-1/2 pay or 2 times pay for Sunday deliveries; same for Saturday service? I even had a USPS delivery not done because the address "wasn't readable"; except the package was part of the SAME order that got split & the other part was delivered the previous day; the undeliverable package got delivered the next day..

Everything is going up except my SS payment.
