Today it started out -3 F and will be dropping all day. Tomorrow it will be -23 F in the morning climbing all the way up to -1 for a high. However, for those of you hampered with that new fangled Metric System, you will be glad to know that the wind chill tomorrow is expected to be -40 in whatever manner you measure temps.
