hey Guys.
If you need to downgrade your Kindle Paperwhite I from software 5.6.1.1. to 5.3.5 or 5.4.4 you don't need any jailbreak. Just copy older software to your Kindle PW I and do not! unplug Kindle from your computer. Than push the start button for 30 seconds and Kindle will reset and start with update pending. This was my rescue, after 5.6.1.1. removed page information from the down left corner. After the update is completed, you have older soft and everything is ok again.
