Hi,

The kobo of my wife (Model N613) is not reacting at all. After resets the screen keeps coming back at "critical error. Factory reset your eReader?". Connecting the kobo to my computer is not doing anything
I've tried to read the internal SD card in my mac. File can be seen, but not copied or replaced. I think the SD-card is buggy. Would replacing the image be an option?
- where can I get an image for this model?
- how can I put that on a new SD card with my mac (this I can probably google-out myself..... )
