You could look at trying to find a used Sony PRS T3, but they're few and far between in the UK (more likely to find an older T1). I think you just have to accept that the market has moved on and non-touch screen ereaders without a built in light, wi-fi and with SD card simply don't exist.
In Germany you have the Tolino brand of ereaders, or here in the UK either the basic Kobo Touch or Kobo Glo HD. I'd go with the Glo HD as it'll look so much better than your old Sony.
