Thanks for the help.
OK so i've uninstalled using the flag for removal. That worked.

Reinstalled and placed the NES controller image from this post which you corrected for another user:

So it was just that and the "Hack Successful" image in there.

Restarted the framework and it still only showed the controller image on first sleep. After that it just shows whatever was on the screen when i locked it.

Any other suggestions?
