That's what I was getting out of it, too. Just trying to figure out what more Rizla thought Apple could/should do than to reimburse the people their error cost money. Surely they (Apple) shouldn't be expected to give those people who recieved IN warranty replacements some free money?

So my question to Rizla still stands: who is left (after reimbusing those who spent their own money to replace their iPhones) that Apple owes reparations?
