Thank you so much for that. I tried it and it does list definitions for plurals and other words that the other database didn't list. The only problem was that, for me, the definition windows tended to be too cluttered. Also, I tried to get the definition for the word "players" and there was no definition. Not that I needed a definition for that word, of course, but I was testing various words and was shocked that nothing showed up for that even though plurals were displaying fine.
These issues inspired me to try Wordnet again. (It's the free dictionary project by Princeton.) It still was not working with the in-built dictionary function... but then I found a copy of it in the Stardict format.

I really like this one, and so far it has had a nice, concise definition for every word I have tried.
Thanks also for the battery update. I am glad the new update is not causing battery problems. I'm still not sure if there are any improvements that will make it worthwhile for me to upgrade, since my T62+ is working so well now.
