That is a good idea and I added an option to keep three pieces of non dc: metadata
  • <meta name=cover content="mycover"/>
  • <meta name="calibre:series" content="Some Series">
  • <meta name="calibre:series_index" content="some_series_number">

What does everyone think?
Is there anything else people will usually want to keep?
