The database on my kobo got corrupted.
I have koboutilities set up to back up the database once a day.
I looked through the menu options looking for a "restore database" option but couldn't find one, so I unpacked the zip file and copied KoboReader.sqlite over top of the one on my kobo.

This seems to have fixed the database corruption, but now I have "ghost" books that show up in a few categories that were deleted between when the backup was made and when I restored it.

1. Was there a restore option I missed or a better way to restore it?

2. Is there a way to clean up database entries in the database for books that no longer exist?
