Check for doublettes in Calibre

Hi

I have a Kobo Aura, I use Calibre and I have a question

I recently got a new labtop and therefore decided to move all of my epubs and mobis from the old computer to the new one - just like my images and mp3's and a bunch of other stuff.

Somehow I screwed up, so my ebooks ended up scattered in various folders on the new computer instead of in one single primary folder. This includes quite a lot of ebooks which wasn't already on my Kobo Aura. Now I've just put every I book on the computer in the same folder but I don't know which of them already are on my Aura and which aren't.

I tried to add a book to Calibre that I knew was already there to see if Calibre would warn me against doublettes. The book was added to Calibre without a warning and instead I had the same book twice.

I know I could check each book manually before deciding wether to load it into Calibre but that would take quite a lot of hours. So my question is - can I somehow make Calibre check for doublettes when I drag and drop ebooks from a folder on my labtop to Calibre?

I hope somebody can help med

Cheers!
