I did not suggest Deleting those files.
That was just a way to LOCATE libraries.
I was going to suggest that you
Start Calibre from the commandline using one of the other found Libraries.
But that is to late now
Since you are into destruction. Delete the Calibre configuration folder. That is where all preferences, last used and search history.
With that gone, you will be starting over with
all your settings
You said your books were on another HD?
This was your Library? The drive letter may have changed if it was detachable. I suggest that you use the OS to reserve (assign) a single letter. (I used
L:
) above the expected normal removable drive usage range
