I know that books sent via calibre don't show the label but you loose many syncing benefits by doing so. There is no 'Personal' banner on any book in cover view (now 'grid' view), whether sent via email or loaded using USB.

I don't have a screen shot, but it happens in list view only, for all non-amazon books. It doesn't bother me, but then again, the 'personal' banner never bothered me either.

I'll miss the dots, they were really useful because they gave us a clue about the length of a book but I can live with that since I mostly use calibre to decide which book to read next.
