Change CC template processing so that it does much the same as calibre. Exception: CC does not "ascii-fy" (convert non-Latin characters to Latin).
Only tell the user one time per connect when calibre might show multiple books on the device when in fact there is only one. This situation can arise if the "Replace books" option in Files is checked.
