I deleted a mobi book successfully. This book was by an author that had multiple books - maybe the azw3 failed when it tried to delete the folder?

I connected to the cloud and tried to download the mobi I just deleted from CC and it failed.
I am going to assume that the problem is caused by the bug causing CC to sometimes ignore a specific folder assigned to an extension. That bug makes it very hard to trace exactly what is happening. There is enough to fix now, so I will make a new release.
