Booxtor can you post some videos of the Onyx Boox Max devce you have?
How is the browsing experience? Thats where I do most of my reading and I assume so do many others.... an eink optimized browsing that worls without distress on the reader is the selling point.
Reading posts on the pricing of the Boox Max is hard to understand. Old hardware used like i.mx6 with new screen and then rip off retail price will not fare better than Sony DPT-S1 did!
Learn your lesson, people who are willing to buy the device are a niche market at this point. They know the ereader market full well and understand it lacks innovation. Its especially poor in terms of value for money when compared to rampant tablet innovation.
Selling old hardware such as i.mx6 at Premium prices is just an insult to peoples intelligence - Innovation free devices at premium prices ....OK Eink/Onyx/Retailers I get what you are up to.
