Can you try in a new User account? And check what's in your Displays settings window?
It looks to me, from the debug, that it's starting up OK. I'll post what I get from that this evening.

Please do post, I'd like to know what you see

In fact, today, I tried from a new user account, and from mine and another using Safe Boot. Each time, erasing that invisible file for each user. Still stuck on initializing interface.
This is on OS 10.10.5, installed this past weekend.
Btw, I have 3 monitors, but the splash screen is on my main monitor, and there's no other Spaces open and nothing to be hiding what I'm seeing. It just hangs.
Oh, and I'm a woman.
I'd love to get any other suggestions or input. I wish I had error reports, but Console shows nothing. The -g terminal command shows nothing, and I have to force quit every time.
Btw,it's not like I'm technically clueless. I've made a good portion of my living as a Mac Tech over the last 19 years. It's just that I teach more, now.
I've just never seen an error like this, with no signs, and only a few people experiencing it.
Frustrating!
