@rafalele: While that being a good workaround, I'm not sure why it didn't work in the first place with FB2. Thank you for reporting it in any case. We probably need to do some testing to find out why it didn't work with FB2.
@loyukfai: Works here - well, when it comes to reflowing the PDF, I get mixed results. The skewed scan leads to the reflow mechanism having a hard time, which leads to some differences in "font size". Without reflow, it's fine in any case. And if your scans do get a bit better, that will look good with Koreader.
