Well, you're living in the only country in the world where venomous snakes outnumber the non-venomous ones. Here in the States, we only have four venomous species and only around 12-20 deaths yearly from snake bite, and most of those are professional herpetologists or religious believers who attend snake handling worship services. Your beasties are far more interesting than ours.

Fortunately, ours are in hibernation now, as it's chilly here in Midlothian, Virginia: 31° F (which is just a fraction of a degree below zero, Celsius).
