Thanks for the tip, Sparrow. We´ll probably try this next winter At the moment "the project" looks like this (picture below). We figured out to get best results by first creating small ice walls, crash them and fill the big form with ice pieces and cold water. I´m quite sure we won´t have an ice house this winter, but maybe we´ll have an ice bar where we can serve (whomever) winter cocktails...
