Hi kovidgoyal,

When Converting a deDRM MS .Lit file to .Lrf, the TOC comes out okay but the associated chapters comes out as numbers.

eg, when I click on any one of the TOC, it takes me to the right chapter but the heading name for the chapter comes out as numbers and not the name of the TOC.

Chapter 1: The beginning
Chapter 2: The middle
Chapter 3: The end

I am using version 0.4.126
