I had £75 digi credits valid until 15th February, some of it disappeared by mistake. From their email:

I bought big publishers agency-priced books this morning with the £53.22 that hadn't gone missing, it's just the last book I bought was only partially covered by the remaining digi credits (since I had mistakenly assumed that the £21.78 had gone back as digi credits rather than standard promotional credit) and so I got charged for about half of it
