I was told by different CS staff that there is no longer a time period within which Kobo will finalise a code issue. That is the 24 to 48 hour statement that a service rep usually makes and then again in the follow up emails are no longer guaranteed or relevant. A code can now only be issued by this mysterious department which different CS reps declined to name.
I'm guessing that this department must be getting quite constipated with all the demands on it's service ......
