Mmmmm .... A promo code kobo emailed me didn't work so I've been going through the usual rigmarole to get it replaced ...
But, apparently the system's changed and customer service can no longer deal with it, instead they have to email somewhere within the bowels of Kobo Toronto who eventually get around to issuing a new code.
I say eventually get around to it because it's 11 or so days since Kobo CS identified that the original code didn't work and emailed this other section in order to get a new code.
Not a happy camper!
Anyone else experienced this 'new' system yet?
