They told me when my New PW2 developed Bright White spots. They would send me a New replacement. They didn't. I returned in for my Money back. I suggest you get a refund & go buy a New one with the Money.
BTW When the New Voyage Guarentee runs out That's when the Refurb or Any replacement Guarentee runs out! You Don't get a Years Guarentee from the date you get the replacement. Its from the date you got the Orginal!

I bought my Voyage months ago, they're only compelled to replace it for a new one if the purchase date was within 30 days.
