It looks as if there may be a problem with your .NET Framework installation. Adobe Digital Editions depends on that to function. CLR20r3 means ADE uses .NET framework 2.0. It's included in Windows 7, as part of .NET 3.5.1.

I do have a copy saved on the pc and I will save a copy to Dropbox too. I saw some of the Google search had info about .NET, but I ignored it because I think hubby told me at some point that we didn't use it. I'll pass this on to tech support, aka hubby. Thanks.
