That's why I said "sentence"

A sentence uses capital letters, and reading marks (or whatever dots, comma's, etc are called in English). And even my random generator generates a 30 character string...
And what the OP said I've seen before, sites where you can easily add a 100 character password, but when you have to repeat it, you only get 15 (or any other number, less than 100) spaces...
(I also have had the same problem with my email address, which is either 43 or 45 characters long, depending if I use my hotmail or gmail account...)
