I have been having problems with ADE for a few weeks. When I open it, no books show and only a few menu options are available in each menu. My books showed up in the ADE directory so I never bothered to try figure it out. I bought a book from Google today and it took two tries but it finally downloaded.
So I decided to try to figure it out. Bad move. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't download any books - I found a freebie on Kobo to try. Here's the book if someone can try to see if it downloads for them -

When I choose Reading from the menu, it crashes. Here's the error message, and I can't find much except to install version 1.72 to fix it. Since the latest 2.01 is needed to download books from Google, that won't work for me. I have ADE version 2.0.1.78765, and Windows 7.
Oh yeah, I guess I should ask if anyone knows how to fix this.
