Well this is interesting . . .
When I open any Zebra/Kensington books on Amazon they are showing up as "sold by Penguin Random House Publisher Services".
I also noticed that it appears Kobo is no longer discounting Zebra. So it "looks" like Kensington has gone agency. Hard to say if they've gone the route of Entangled (who now distributes through Macmillan) or have been acquired.
