If not, then the cover design isn't the problem; the title is the problem. Fix that, and the cover will end up getting reworked to match the new title, and the problem will be solved.
Basically, it's like asking someone to build a bridge when you really want a skyscraper. All I can do in the end is talk about the flaws in the bridge design; the fact that it was supposed to be a skyscraper is a specification problem.

As near as I can tell, it's
just romance. I concur--there are about 10 different things that someone could do, to make that cover work a hell of a lot better.
